Can u do a manually to regen. Sounds like your DPF is full and your truck hasn't done regen

 

The truck that I just turned in had that code. The shop said that they have to change out a filter and do a rebuild in the shop on that one. I'm not a diesel mechanic. That's just what they told me.

 

I will try a manual regen tomorrow when I get on the road. If that doesn't clear it, it's headed to a shop at the next closest OC.

Have to do a manual regen when parked not rolling. It's also good once regen has started to get of the cab. The smell is wonderful

 

I thought we could force it to regen while rolling? Maybe I'm thinking of the Ram, though. The last one, not the current one.

Rebuild what? Just the DEF/DPF system, or part of it, or what?? Don't tell me it's major...I don't want a different truck!
