I use driver diary and Let's Truck apps. Both are free. Driver diary doesn't need an internet connection, but the Let's Truck app does. Also Let's Truck is maintained by Kevin Rutherford and on the website you can see how you are doing compared to other people or filter it to the same truck specs you have.

I do have mixed feelings about KR, but he does throw some gems out every now and then and can help diagnose a problem.

The biggest thing I did to increase my mpg is what the guys here will say and KR said. Slow down. I slowed to 57mph and my mpg went up to 7 - 7.5mpg. Took me a few months to get down that slow because I wasn't comfortable go that slow. I believed it was dangerous. But after doing that for a over a week now, I like it and don't have to worry about trying to pass a truck going the same speed I am.

    jbizzle and Rick25 Thank this.

My permit book is not out of date. I check that stuff on a regular basis. You must not have read the part where the same thing happened to two other drivers. Their system screwed up and three drivers paid for it.

One of them did call corporate TA and made complaints and they are looking into the matter after they talked to all three of us on the phone. If would have just happened to me; then it could have been something I did.

What is it with you always trying to blame the driver on here every time something goes wrong? #### happens that the driver has no control over. You only show up here whenever you want to try and make one of us look bad. I don't know or care who you are, but how about you just stay the #### away.

Hey macho, in an earlier post I put in to call Loves customer service. I reread the post and realized you were at the T/A. My bad. It happens sometimes I guess.

No worries. I knew what you meant. The plus side is I am still getting 7 - 7.5mpg.

It has been a while since I was on that site but I think it is called fuelgauges.com. As someone else stated you can also go the lets truck.com and I will direct you there.

All you have to do is enter your license plate number with OK after it when it asks you for Oregon Id...even if the Oregon permit in your book is out of date you can still get the fuel discount with the id. Not like jct didn't have your truck in the system. Blaming driver error on this is just dumb.

Long day today starting in Baker City, OR for 589 miles on I-84, I-15, US-6/US-191 to Wellington, UT with 38k and averaged 7.2mph at 57mph. Can't complain about that at all with hills to pull.

    Time for bed.
