Does anyone know any brokers/broker companies willing to give good loads to new companies with own authority?

Gotta prove yourself before you get the high dollar loads. Broker doesn't know what level of service you will provide and doesn't want to jeopardize his customer over service failures. So you can see how important it is to sell yourself as well as deliver as promised. In other words make it as smooth as possible. Soon enough they will be banging down your door with good paying loads. Good luck to ya

CH Robison will give you freight. But they will low ball you. They will take $3.00 freight and want to give you $1 or $1.50. Hunt around on online load boards.Try OOIDA's load board. It will take time, but eventually you'll find a broker you'll click with.

Being new doesn't have to mean cheap. If you call a new broker or cold call a new customer: if you show some insight into the industry and/or don't appear to be brand new to the game, they'll be none the wiser (some will note your fresh MC number, most don't have issue unless you are clearly a novice).
talk to small direct shippers. They like that you are the man they call who is in the truck and knows what's going on. They generally have no interest in what your MC is, just that you provide the right kind of services and perform them without issues at every turn.

    CamelTransport Thanks this.
