    If I might offer a suggestion which will impact Those In Power and get an immediate reaction of one kind or another (keeping in mind the Law of Unintended Consequences):

    Starting immediately, refuse all shipments of toilet paper to Washington DC. In both symbolism and real-life impact, ya gotta love it.
