It was included with the truck sale....but otherwise i would go to a genuine thermoking dealer.
Question though.
With the apu enable but no heating or cooling on, it turns on when my batts get low enough. On fan only mode it normally starts up and continues to runt he whole time. Should it be starting for fan only mode?
I then set it to 75 degrees (its about 90 outside.) It seemed to run continuoisly even though it got pretty cold in the sleeper. (to the point i manually turned it off) Is this normal? Do i have a bad thermostat?
Tripack wont start after service

With this heat it will run continuously and cycle the compressor off and on. I doubt the fan only would cool it down. Are you sure you don't have the AC on? With the fan on too it knows there is a draw on the batteries so it probably runs to keep them up.
About the only time I remember mine cycling was if the outside temp was just a little higher than the truck or like when I was home and the fridge was running it would start/stop maybe every 4-5 hours. But I normally cleaned the fridge out on home time and I would shut everything down. -
Thanks,
So i guess mines acing pretty normal. I guess ill turn the key and runt he fans from the truck to keep from starting the apu and wasting fuel. -
