You "ain't never" what? Priced a new tractor and trailer??

Hello ,I recently applied to PRIME.I did have a Friend of two years as a reference which I hope won't impact me since instead of the normal 3 they had only one slot to fill.I also have no work history due to a disability which is now labled as a 90/100 (little to no imparment) .
If what you say is true I'm afraid, since getting work now is hard. Mcdonalds and the like only like to hire children who they can take advantage of ,everyone is hiring children out of school and so I decided it was best just to plunge right into the field I've been dreaming of for years.
If prime denies my application I'll be a bit disappointed to say the least ,I just hope they don't put my application into some database making it harder to get jobs at anywhere else.
But honestly I think I'm just being a nervous nelly and everything is going to workout just A-ok ,when I called they said I will have a recruiter to call on monday ,so I like to take that as a good sign. -
Edit *wrong thread

Prime hires criminals. And im not talking candy bar theives either. Im talking full on face tat felons. If this is truely an obsticle for you then perhaps a job where being out on the road and in charge of hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of freight and equipment isnt for you...
-
And you know this how? Been up the river yourself???
For your information to be hired at Prime it's necessary that you are able to qualify for both a hazmat endorsement and a TWIC credential. That eliminates all of the serious and violent felonies right there. Then there's the little matter of leading an exemplary life for at least 7 years post conviction - that's after the "debt to society" has been paid. So what's the big deal about giving a person who's shown that a mistake doesn't define their life a second chance? -
You need to calm down dude its not that serious...And yes I actually do know a couple of drivers who team together with prime. They run I 5 and both have felonies. And they make about 300 dollars a week each. You take yourself and the Internet way too seriously. Make like a freezer and chill...
-
It's not a matter of me "making like a freezer and chill." It's about the bull crap that was just posted by someone implying they are some sort of perfect without mistakes, lily-white type. Talk about hypocrisy. So what? Make a mistake and that's it? Life's over? Time to off yourself because someone has the gall to imply they're perfect and no one deserves a second chance? It's about what was just posted, and the implication.
-
this is the internet, seriously, get a grip. And I never said I was perfect. And who said I was white? There's so much wrong with everything you've said but to even argue with you about anything would be a total waste. And I love how you first accused me of having spent time "up the river" (insult), then accused me of thinking I was perfect (contradiction), then defended criminals (hypocrisy). I kind of feel sorry for you though so at this point I'll concede. Prime is perfect and I'm a criminal. I mean perfect. I mean white. Or, something. I don't know

Evidently you are... since you can't get a driving job.
