Trainer Questions-Male/Female?

"old school", or just plain professionalism, either way....applause! applause!!! There are too few out there, these days, who conduct themselves in this manner!

 

The greatest compliment I could receive from my peers; "being considered a professional." I Thankyou both.

our company doesn't have any female trainers, so any female students have to go w/ male trainers. We have a sexual harassment waiver that everyone signs when they're in orientation, and the trainers all sign IF they agree to train females. but we have very few female students really, so it isn't a huge deal that there aren't female trainers.
