Can You Please Recommend a "GOOD" Company for a CDL-A Grad.

    I posted that in #12. They only take newbies from their own school. Did you check with Schneider bulk, Maverick or Roehl? There's a ton of companies that would hire you being in the Chicago area. Start checking into ltl or food service ,beverage companies if you're in shape.

    Better be in shape if u go Schneider Bulk also. I work for them. Great company. Can be physically demanding at times, but compensated very fairly for all that u do.

    I know you'd have to climb up on top of the tanker some and drag some hoses but that doesn't sound too taxing. If I recall that was who Chinatown ended his driving career with and I think he's an older fella. I know he has a much younger wife that probably keeps him in shape but I think he's in his 70's. Maybe China has a lot of stamina?? I think tanker is known for being about the easiest on the driver as far as physical labor. And China my comments aren't a slam at all. Actually I think you're a lot of guys idol in that regard.:biggrin_25519: China should be along to respond here shortly.
