    I have 1 1/2years expierance and have 1 speeding ticket and just got into an accident in Dec. Company had to let me go, cause the insurance wouldn't insure me anymore. I made the mistake of paying the ticket. Now i'm trying to find some smaller companies that will hire me in Florida? Have any suggestions? Thanks for your time
