Adult men and women probably think about sex at least 1/3 of the time they're awake. In that case, you would likely have already thinking about sex, making the naked thing unnecessary. She was probably wearing a police uniform too, all the better if you're into that sort of thing. While you're worrying about a tent in your pants, you're probably not going to be too distracted with thoughts about failing the test. She'll be standing outside the truck, so she can't see it anyway. Until the road test of course. Just block with your arm on the shifter.

Edit to add: This will also prepare you for the inevitable traffic jam where you end up next to the Norwegian women's swim team bus, stuck in traffic, while they're trying on each other's swim suits. Happens to me all the time. Be prepared.

snjtrucker , I was taught how to drive by an uncle on his dairy farm when I was a teen in the mid 60's , at 15 you're not afraid of anything.LOL...finished high school then went into the Army , was wounded and after recovering , I came home and went to work. Retired in 2011 , and now I enjoy the fruits of that labor...your fear may be well placed , just use it to temper your actions and you'll grow to respect driving....it's not hard , just requires plenty of your attention. Please never be ashamed of your self , just do what you feel is right and you'll be fine. I try hard not to argue with folks here , but I'll make my opinions known , when I have to. Don't know it all , don't claim to....but after the time I spent driving I acquired a little knowledge....I just don't believe in sugar-coating an answer.....may be wrong , but that's me....like I said , I wish you only good things and a happy , long and safe career....TTTD..

    hello snj trucker,
I just graduated from Smith and Soloman,I passed the test at Salem,NJ.I went to school with people from Delaware,Jersey, and Maryland. All different requirements.Jersey being tougher than Delaware, but a little easier on the pre-trip than Maryland.I passed so you can too.The more relaxed you are the easier it will be.When you make the right hand turn you have to hit at least 3 lines without hitting the cone.Remember how you were taught on right hand turns (button hook),when your shoulder hits the yellow line make your turn split the line in the road as your turning.Use your mirror to see your back axle wheels, then you can adjust accordingly.piece of cake. The made thing is relax use your head....Good luck

lol alright man well good luck just try to calm down and ease your nerves the best you can. One of my instructors said a significant portion of teaching someone how to be a trucker is just teaching them how to calm down. If you can do that you will be further than you are today. Nervous and scared drivers become killers overnight.

If we're being honest, I went to a horrible school and failed my test twice before passing. I was told that if I didn't pass the third time, I'd have to wait 1 year to retest... talk about pressure to perform.

I addressed your last paragraph in my original post. I told him to go and confront the person in charge, tell them I paid for training , now I want it.
