Jumping in here.... I am looking to do the Lease Purchase too. Back when I first started with SNI they wanted a down payment but wanted more stable work history and thats why there was a down payment.... I called the other day and SFI said there was no notes in my (SFI) file about needing a down payment. So, my question is, does everyone have a down payment or just if you been with SNI for under a year?

Also, anyone know what the freight looks like in/out of oregon?

I started out as an IC never had been a company driver for SNI. I didn't need a down payment, my credit is so-so. I do have several years experience, that may have been a factor.

If you go with no down payment you can only get a Freightliner. Freight into Oregon isn't to bad but out can be cheap

I have never had an auto shift that didn't have problems with it. Nice to have in a traffic jam but other than that I hated them, always got stuck in neutral and what not and had to restart the truck to get it to work. I applied to choice myself but they said no because I have been out of a truck for a year. Decided to try college and get some business courses in to get a better understanding of how businesses are run. Guess Ill have to do the company thing for a bit then re-apply.

I drove a 680 auto at TA and it was amazingly nice , had the option to manualshift like most cars these days really helped on big mountain passes , never had one issue with it , also drove a T700 same tranny no issues ever what the 700 had in size the 680 put it to shame in comfort of ride , seats , berth etc etc if it wasnt for TA's horrible treatment of lease guys Id never have left either 680 or 700 behind would love to find a company that would hire me out of florida with a 680 auto fleet Id be tempted to lease purchase

Does your credit determine a yes or no answer or does it determine your payments?
I have some medical bills that I got during 2 months unemployment last year that have killed my credit.
