    My wife & I are looking to become a driving team, but I really like the idea of percentage pay, I know some will argue with that, however I would like to know if there are any companies that hire recent grad teams on percentage pay? Thanks

    Try TMC do not know if they have team loads but they do percentage.

    Yea I've looked at TMC and as far as what I've found they don't have team positions, but I have sent them an email in hopes that I'm wrong??
