Crete Carrier or Averitt Express ?

I'm with you on Averitt. I drove for First Fleet, which is part of the Averitt family, and baled out fast. I'm not a job hopper, but not a glutton for punishment either.

Two of the best companies for Tennessee residents are South East Carriers and A&R Transport. Don't even need tanker/hazmat for A&R and those drivers make $65K - $72K per year. Some of the best looking trucks on the road, if that's important.

 

Why is Averitt so bad?
What kinda terrible experiences are we talking about here?

Worked for averitt 15 years....then drove in Iraq 8 years......now been with crete 3 years......crete is much better than my time with averitt

 

I average around 3000mi ....each and every week...thats much better than I ever did with averitt

 

Averitt Express starves you with miles spend a Lot of time Waiting on loads

 

Pick the company that doesn't micro manage you!
