USA trucking is the best company out there.

I happy where I'm at too. JB Hunt isn't bad and the pay is pretty decent. As an added bonus, I get to go home daily.

 

Crappiejunkie post some shots of your pay stubs Ive drove for usa for 4 months now and make no were near that. I can not understand your desperate need to leap to usa defense everytime they are bad mouthed. Im lucky if I break 1600 miles a week and now this company is doing away with their apus and leaving their idle limits in place! I agree most people on this site are loud mouthed opinionated super truckers who bash you for your decisions without any advice or better choices but ive noticed you defend USA tooth and nail it baffles me because they do not deserve it what so ever. Ive had a stellar day with them today by the way, wasted all day trying to get a trailer repaired only to drop it at a shop and pick up another trailer that another driver left damaged and in need of repair. The lovely cherry on top is USA had a "pay roll issue" this week knocking my usual check of $500 down to $300 saying there was an issue and I'm owed $271 that will be on the next check that is of course if they don't have another payroll issue. I've been driving for 5 years and im ready to shove my CDL up the trucking industry ### no one treats drivers good anymore it's all about their money and their bottom line everywhere you go.

 

Not posting them for three reasons 1) don't know how to on a windows phone on tapatalk 2) I don't have them with me yet as I haven't been there to get them and 3) I just don't want to.

I'm not defending them. I hate the trailers. All I can say is that im happy there. If your not, sorry to hear that, but I like them. Its better than the previous company I worked for. If that bothers you then that is your issue. Why can't people just let me be happy???

First of all I don't give a #### what you say. I am being honest. I have told my story before. First 15 paychecks at Crete were zero. Here I am making money. I'm not saying what I do to please USA it is my honest experience. I will not censor myself. I really enjoy it here. They keep me running and I've made #### good money for me and my family. I have said it before when I was at Crete I messed up and shut myself down alot on winter part of reason I wasn't making anything, also another trainer who I trained with to get miles up said I was improperly trained. And in the beginning I was given improper equipment as I was in shop every weekend for 1st 10 weeks. If you are not making money at USA maybe you need to look in the mirror. You can criticize and judge all you want im just speaking the truth. I'm in a 2010 Prostar with 595k miles and I managed to turn 2800 miles last week. Btw I don't have people net in my truck, they never installed it

 

I've been with USA for 6 years and I have to say that the one thing I've never been short of was a moron DM or Ops manager. I got a 1400 mile load this Friday that delivers on Monday and they made me run 600 miles of it and then drop it in a yard just because I gave an eta for Sunday and then they turned around and gave me a load that I'll have to sit and wait a day to pickup.

 

I'm not saying everyone is perfect. The dm I have is really good. He knows how I like to run and finds me loads to accommodate that.
