NY use to have white with blue license plates, they have now gone to bright orange and black. They did that so we can now see them coming when we look in the mirror.

Iowa locals worst for driving with brights on no matter what.

Pa for riding the brakes down hills.

New York for using the shoulder for whatever then pulling in front of the 60 mph semi @5mph.

Illinois for refusing to merge in a lane ending construction zone causing a 5 mile backup.

First ones that popped in my head and why.

DC/Northern VA. Don't believe me? Goggle insurance companies 10 worst states to drive in. 3 or 4 of the top ten will be within 50 miles of DC

It depends on the brights, not all are that bright. Where I live, in northeast Iowa, the worst of the worst have out of state plates, the worst with in state plates have Scott, Polk, BlackHawk or Linn county on them.

I hate driving I-80 in a 4 wheeler, it just doesn't seem even remotely safe to me, especially after being tailgated by a heavy duty wrecker just east of Altoona.

I just went out to Sioux City and back, other than a few high beam Harrys, which I answered in kind if I noticed them soon enough, it was the easiest trip I've had in awhile, but none of it was on I-80.

Oh believe me. I do enough night driving to know better.

I hit the Iowa or Virginia state line my hi-beams come on and stay on until ethier a cop or fellow truck traveling my direction is passing.

Everyone else can just eat kenworth headlight.

Not letting you deteriorate my vision. Fair is fair.
