Running with JCT, Part Deux

i have two brothers in army in el paso tx, how often does freight run thru there

 

I did top off my tanks there a few days ago....yeehaw! 151 gallons....526.83$ still have half tanks thank u very much.....

 

We have a lot of freight that runs through there, more for teams though. As a solo, it would be fairly random. I've gone through there one a week and have not been there for months at a time.

 

Didn't say I fueled at Loves. I did go to the J across the highway. I was just posting the lowest price.

 

I have been through El Paso three times in the four months I have been here.

 

But the lowest price for JCT would be the J at $3.38 per gallon net, versus $3.44 - $3.40 per gallon at the Loves, depending upon you status level.

 

I was just going by the cash price.

 

Teams go through there a LOT because I-10 is their main team corridor.

You shouldn't have any trouble getting routed through El Paso.

 

I'll stick with the lowest out of pocket price to maintain the 4 points/gallon at Love's.

If/when I lose Diamond status (maybe in the winter), I'll hop over to Pilot/Flying J in a heartbeat, but the penny cheaper fuel goes a little farther than a couple pennies of store credit for me.

 

Just dropped off a 2800 mile load from Allentown, PA to Oakland, CA, and got a 1900 mile load picking up in Soledad, CA at 0700 heading to Arkansas.

1900 mile load delivering on Thursday... setting up for a beautiful week next week.
