    they didn't remove the restriction but 93 no longer crosses hoover dam they built a bypass it being dark you probably didn't notice

    Even if you went during the day you'd still miss the dam. They built some outrageously large k rails to keep lookie lous from slowing down on the bridge. Even in the truck you won't catch much of the dam.

    Left lane over the bridge is only really needed if its windy.

    Lol thanks. I didn't know why there was that left lane restriction. I just knew the signs said use the left lane.

    Ya, they would rather us be blown over in the middle of the bridge then off the bridge.

    Partialy true, the bridge is built like a T, if you were in a heavy traffic condition have just the right lane full of trucks it may not be the most stable situation, it is sitting n top of very tall towers most of the support going to the center.

    The bridge is in front of the dam, so even if you go over your not getting wet, well not from water anyway... You will get to enjoy the trip down for a while.
