Personal attacks aside---in todays world there is ONE way you can get all that
Buy a trk & trl---get your own authority & get your own freight....Than run how/where you want--

and then tell us how running as hard as you want in YOUR favorite areas works for ya.....

I wish you all the best.....

Good fuel economy is governed by several factors. Most important being the driver. If your interested look up progressive shifting and Cascadia.

    https://ddcsn-ddc.freightliner.com/cps/rde/xbcr/ddcsn/14_progressive_shift.pdf

(No clutch required just smooth flowing or cascading shifts)

In a freightliner and hauling a light trailer upon flat land. A fuel efficient and smooth upshift will occur at 1500 rpm's which is 'straight up and down' on your Rpm Gauge.

Notably the top gear will read between 115 km/ph and 120km/ph at 1500rpm's depending upon factors such as motor size. When in Canada click your cruse in just above 1450 rpm's or 110 km/ph and from the fuel savings ...the burger's on me

    Other than that
Burger Flippers know how to drive a truck...lol...!

Hm-m-m. Got a few here (not on this thread--yet) I'd like to hand that psychoanalysis.

Yuppo! I may just borrow that. Consider my theft, your flattery...

All right, here's my wish list, one item.

I wish ALL companies were REQUIRED to share the revenue information on EACH load a driver has, so that EVERY driver knows exactly what revenue he brings to the company he works for. Then a driver would have a much better idea which company shipping and logistics units to contact and say:

'Hey! You know me a little bit, I've brought you 5 loads since __________; and I'm wondering if you would like some other references so that maybe we could do some business together ourselves.'

Of course, if they gave you that information they would immediately have you killed, too.

    Aw, shucks!
