Traffic citation in California notice to appear?

i think this guy Marks a has a better rates. I was quite surprised when he told me my fee was $350 dollers the down side was I still had to pay the non point violation witch was another $250 dollars. got it off though. These days it can make the difference of getting a job or not as it seems these days these companies are looking for reasons not to hire you.

 

The only time a vehicle pulling a trailer can be in the 3rd lane in CA is if it is necessary for a transition, or marked trucks ok. Does not interput to a judgement call.

If you go out there and get caught then you can not blame the other guy.

I did get a 3rd lane ticket nb I5 just north of castaic, going up the hill. Beat the ticket had an onboard camera that videoed a 4 wheeler cut me off and lock up ther brakes. Took the video to court. Without it I would not have beaten the ticket.

 

The point is the signs DO NOT STATE THAT. It's in the vehicle code but not posted. Its unreasonable to expect an out of state driver to know California vehicle codes. It needs to be posted. If every other state in the nation can post it all over the freaking place, so can California.

 

Have you ever noticed that trucks are the only vehicles pulled over for speeding or in the forbidden lane? That sign is ignored by every non trucker that travels in CA. RV's with a trailer running 70 mph, pickup trucks towing trailers, towing boats, skiddoo's, motorcycles all doing the same. Unsafe lane changes, cutting in and out of traffic are all ignored by the CHP. but God forbid if your doing it in a CMV. The only thing I miss about CA is not being able to see my friends that live there.

 

Good point they haft to give warning but I think as you enter California it states there truck right hand only. that repley goes out to pack rat.

 

CA was losing 40 million a year in federal funding because they did not and would not put up MM's or exit numbers. Some families filed suit against a lot of talking heads inCA and now you have MM's and exit numbers. Seems if you were having a serious medical problem and could not tell them where you were besides on Hy 99 you more than likely died. It benefits the EMT's first responders too.
but CA being the land of nuts had to lose billions of dollars over a few years before they woke up. Part of this no MM was at the insistence of the then commander of the CHP. He thought that if there were MM's truckers would avoid tickets by passing information along via CB radio. I know that man was an idiot. I received several letters from him .
That is a nuther story in it's self..
