Traffic citation in California notice to appear?

I here what your saying but trucks are forbidden in lane one of three at all times, that passing exception only applies two lane two in this case.

Edit That's definitely a good argument to bring to court though.

Correct me if I am wrong but that ticket may state or is considered a major violation on the CDL That is no laughing matter if CA considers that as improper lane usage. interpretation is the key how the officer writes it up. .Just saying.
