Jb are you still training for Prime?

 

Yes. Taking a student in to test as we speak.

 

I'm nervous less than a week and I'm going to go get my CDL permits done so it's done before I get up to Springfield. Just hope I can get it done

 

How long does it usually take for you to pick up a new student? I am about 90% on going to Prime Monday to start class, I'm sure you will be out of there by then though lol

 

Turnaround is pretty quick for most of us.

 

I hear they are backed up waiting for trainers so I figured it was!

 

Hey great forum here.. What is the rider policy for prime. Can I bring my girlfriend or would it have to be my spouse? And what about the pet policy?

 

Went through the Prime training. I had a great instructor for my license, my trainer was not so great. As for the pet policy, I was told my dog, even though was over their weight limit could come. After coming home I contacted my recruiter as I would be going solo and it changed, basically he lied to me.

Tell them to put in writing and have someone with authority sign off on it. I spent 2 months otr only to have the company say no go. I refuse to pay them back for the CDL because of the false promises.

Remember, keep all the emails and demand that they send all communication through written form.

As for the company, they seemed like a decent one. I just think I was duped by a over zealous recruiter.

 

According to both Brooke and Stan they are currently caught up with instructors. Of course come Monday that may change.

A lot of my class is gone already or they are heading out soon. I'm actively working in the pad and have the sunburn to prove it so I hope I nail down an instructor this weekend.

Instructor are more likely to grab students who are serious about learning and are active. Not standing around texting, webbing or gaming.

If someone had been here a while they have priority however if they aren't active they will be passed.
