There is this Valero gas station right next to a Burger King right at the bridge over Mexico from Brownsville...very last exit...dirt lot....lol,but I wouldn't leave my truck there unattended

This Travel Lodge shows large vehicle parking. If you only plan to stay for a few hours, they might be aggreeable to parking with an appropriate fee. Never hurts to call and ask. And it is on the beach.

The Valero in Combes, Tx has parking for trucks and occasionally when it pack up drivers park on the side of the road or in the field next to it. Also there's a Exxon across the interstate that shut down but truckers are allowed to park overnight. Combes is about 45 to an hour away from the island. Also you could park at the Wal-Mart where I park sometimes when loaded with hazmat cause its not around homes. Wal-Mart has parking near the gas pumps and behind Mr. GATTIS PIZZA.
