Have a current CDL, but no experience???

    Ok, I originally got my CDL, then I worked for a company for about 6 months OTR. I then chose to work a local courier job that was good at the time but didn't involve my CDL, i have looked at returning to driving, but the problem is, is that I keep being told I have no experience since I've been out of it for over a year. I Keep being told to take a refresher course (which is very costly)

    is there not ANY company that will hire??

    Halvor Lines
    Paschall Truck Lines
    Western Express

    Submit online applications, then follow with a phone call in 3 or 4 days which gives them a chance to look over the application.

    I would contact the Georgia DMV if you did not self certify.

    If you did not self certify, they may have downgraded your license to a Non-CDL.

    Thank you for posting that, checked and my CDL was actually cancelled...went to the DDS and now I'm valid again :)
