I have 2 OUI's on my record. 1 is 10 years old and the other is 11 years old. What seems to be the protocol when it comes to being hired with OUI's? I've been turned down by multiple companies so far. Didn't think this would be an issue!?

Most companies ask if you've had one within the last 5 yrs. or 10 yrs. or whatever.
There's some 2nd chance companies that will probably hire you after you complete a CDL school. -
i had 2 from the 80's been in AA 15 years
still some companies dont hire me
Trans Am will not the worst starter company as long as youDON't lease -
read what they say, if it says LIFETIME tell them
if it says 10 years, keep your trap shutChinatown Thanks this. -
They'll find out when they do background check. trap shut makes no difference.
or lifetime mvr.
apply for expungement. that'll give you a clean background. go to your local criminal background check they'll tell you what to do. -
Thanks for the responses! Yeah, looks like I'm down to Prime and Pam for companies that will pay for your cdl anyways.

Waiting to hear What Prime and Pam say. Even though I really don't like either one. I know if I pay for schooling my choices open up a bit, but it's not so easy to scrounge up $4,000-$6,000

I have 4.
The companies I talked to, 1 has to be 5 years ago and clean record. Two or more has to be 15 years old, but some won't hire after 2.
I have been driving going on 7 months.123456 Thanks this. -
Well, there is still a lot to be said for not incriminating one's self unnecessarily. If they only ask for 10 years, that's all you need to provide.
