Got a quote today by an insurance company for $26k. Progressive game me one for $15k. Now granted the trailer is brand new with a 06 columbia but I think these rates are too high. 250k for cargo and 1 million auto liability plus 93k prahu social damage. I just got my authority but am not new to this car hauling biz although am considered a startup What rates should I expect? I don't wanna get jacked up by these insurance comp. clean record by the way

Now insurance sucks for car hauling. i'm 7 years in business and my insurance grow every year with any reason((((( (NJ). This year my broker give me quote about 24k,i'm was shocked, he said insurance go crazy after "Sandy". I'm shop around and least what i found is 17k, but is still hight, i'm just broke my deal with new stinger, because insurance, its should be about 24k

yep, i live in Brooklyn,know it. but drove the truck only few times for 7 years here. another think, my friend close company in NJ and open in Brooklyn and insurance give to him better quote?!?!?!?!?
