I'm averaging right at 2500 miles a week. 99% of my loads are from sweetwater to the Austin area. I occasionally get runs from Oklahoma to San Antonio. Some drivers are getting some Colorado and louisana runs.
The sweetwater to Austin works perfect of me since I live 30 miles north of Austin. If the loads are ready I can get by the house a couple if times a week. If you decide to come over let me know. We get some money for referrals.

I appreciate it man, all sounds good. I live in Temple so maybe I can get some good runs like that. I'll def let you know after I talk with Wes and see. Hows the tarping over there? Heard most are pretarped?

Almost everything I haul is pretarped. I think I mentioned in an earlier post the only negative I have towards cypress so far is the heavy tarps.

Got a few questions I haven't seen answered anywhere.

Do they have a rider policy?

Do all the trucks have upper bunks? (my youngest likes to ride with me)

I've seen APUs on the newer trucks, do they all have APUs?
If not, do they limit idling? OptiIdle, etc?

    Starting pay?

    Thanks in advance

I believe they have a rider policy but not sure if details because I don't need it.

Not all trucks have upper bunks. All the trainers do and I think the newer trucks coming in all have them.

All trucks have APU's as far as I've seen. Mine has been down for a while so they turned the idle control off for my comfort.

Pay depends on experience. I know some of the guys that have been here a while make less than I do and I haven't been here a year yet. I think the average is around .38 loaded / .34 empty.

    L.B. Thanks this.

    CCJR76,
I'm leaning to getting into trucking, probably will go to a school this summer. You're an advocate for Rinaudo, as a potential newbie (57 yrs young, clean record all around, current small business owner) would they take a school grad or require road experience first ?

    thx
