    We are a father and son team living in central california. Looking to stay together as a team. One driver has 4 years OTR team exp, other has 1 year OTR exp. Both have all endorsements. Perfect DAC and CSA SCORES. No tickets or criminal history. No DUI. want to be home every 1 - 2 weeks for a few days. Coast to coast runs would be great. Looking for around $1500+ gross per week per driver.

    I currently have an opening for a team working for me.

    No equipment info available as I finance as needed.

    The info is as follows:

    Run all 48 states
    Dry Van Freight only (some dry produce such as onions and watermelons)
    Governed speed starts at 68 and can be removed as necessary but the slower you roll the more fuel money is saved.
    For 4 years lead seat I pay .25 cpm split miles (.50 for half miles or .25 for all team miles)
    For the 1 year 2nd seat I pay .22 cpm split miles (.44 for half miles or .22 for all team miles)
    Avg miles is 5000 to 6500 a week
    Paper Logs
    Transflo available for all document scanning
    Hometime schedule is flexible but can match 1-2 weeks however if you are willing to run 4-5 weeks with 1 week off at end I can increase both salaries by .02 cpm
    Freight is mixture of Terminal Freight and Brokered Freight (Live load live unload as it is my trailer)
    Orientation is 1.5 days in either Commerce, CA for the both of you.
    You may be transported to another location afterwards for truck and trailer pickup.
    Orientation starts every Tuesday morning at 6:30am PDT
    Pay is every friday (may take til tuesday to get into your bank account if direct deposit is chosen)
    Documents all due by Friday at 12pm CDT for payment by following friday.
    Breakdown, Layover, Detention Pay are available
    All exp must be min of 1 year in last 3 or 3 in last 5.
