#### your so full of it. I was going to post something that could really help you and most guys here seem to not know but I'll just keep it to myself.
Lmao. Your like those people that beg for money at gas stations, as soon as you tell them you don't have money they'll cut you off by having a smart ### response.Last edited by a moderator: Aug 3, 2014
steven73 and Cottonmouth85 Thank this. -
Lol... Thank you

Yeah... you'll ge a job... not a quality one but someone will pay you. You'll get a rock bucket gig getting $20 a load in a run down pile that shouldn't even be on the road. Have fun with that first level 1 inspection, or that 1099 at the end of the year. Asking for advice and not liking the honest anwsers does not equal hate. It takes less than a week to earn a GED and your future income potential will be drastically higher. Thanks for helping our image and making it seem that sme drivers 'aint got no time for none of that there book learnin'
Perhaps you'll land a job as an equipment operator on a frac crew. (Hey, shovels and wheel~barrows are equipment, right?) -
Haha lol.... Thanks buddy
-
Were u asked for a copy of your GED/ high school diploma at your current job?
-
Honestly can't say that I was. However its required and if you don't have it they'll pass you up for the guy with the 5yr old felony who has a diploma. If you lie its grounds for termination.
-
Ok thanks I didn't mean to make anybody mad I'm just trying to stay positive, thanks guys, stay safe.oh and I wasn't saying I would lie on my app cause they can always go back and check at some point. Lol..

I am a good guy it's my weakness. Lol
You can get your cdl on your own and hopefully find someone to teach you like I did. I didn't start in the oilfield but was making way better money then people that get stuck with these companies like CRAZY England, Schneider, stevens, etc. You can also go with companies like Halliburton and they will help you get a cdl but you will need diploma or ged. I am not sure if companies actually check for it. I know you said you didn't have time for it but it really just takes one day to take the test. Just practice questions on your time.
Also if you want more of a driving job then look into water, sand, or crude oil because frac and cement are mostly labor.
Water hauling will land you a driving job without school as long as you have a cdl and tanker, their are owner ops that will help you. You just have to look on Craigslist and ask or go and ask at truck stops around the oilfields. It doesn't matter where you go you will still make money. Water hauling is the easiest and pays good but fracing also has lots of benefits to it. I know a lot of guys that are hauling water and never went to school and had no prior driver experiencesteven73 Thanks this.
