I'm not sure what you know already but this is what I got out of talking to the recruiter.
Based on my experience
33cpm start pay. Then they have incentives on top of that like fuel bonus, mileage bonus, safety bonus. I think it comes up to 40cpm every month. Your out 10 to 14 days and I think your home 3 days for every two weeks out. And I think his drivers are getting close to 12000 miles a month. Orientation is 3 days then your out like the full 2 weeks. So be prepared to be out almost 3 weeks before your home -
3 weeks is ok with me right now...need the money. They are going to start me at .35 im taking a pay cut but thats ok because who i drive for now does way too much fedex and if i wanted to do that i would have worked for fedex...CJ told me about the incentives. The insurance will be much better than what I have right now. My husband cant even see his specialist and it dosent pay for our scripts. I will get Blue Cross before I would even get decent insurance thu the other company.

Yeah, they seem like a good place to work. I'm still debating it considering I'd be taking a good 6cpm cut but if the miles are there then it would work out better for me.

I hear ya..im taking a 5 cent cut but i gotta do it for insurance and I gotta get away from running fed ex plus the current companys csa scores are starting to catch up to them

Must be Ozarck

I'll bet most of you weren't taking a pay cut at all
