Pilot 3800 U.S. 2, Minot, ND 58701

Never been but the google earth pic looks like it only has about 50 spots if that, There is a Schatz Crossroads 1712 20th Ave Southeast off of hwy 2/hwy 52 bypass in minot that looks like it has a bigger lot and is 7 miles east i think of the j. looks like those are your only two options up there.

 

don't recall a J being up there. you have pilot, and loves. just as you leave town, there's a truckstop with a cafe, and a walmart next door. if you head south out of town. or coming up that way, there's a truckstop with a brand new wash that's probably open by now. lots of dirt field, and eats inside. really nice place. those are your 4 options.

just down the road from walmart, is a steakhouse. it's a nice place, but the locals just go as they are. so you'll fit right in. no need to dress up.

parking is going to be hard at 6 p.m. the locals keep the places filled up.most of the day and all night. usually don't see too many long haul trucks in the area.

they do come and go however. so you'll have lotsa rotating neighbors.

 

I went past there at about 6 tonight. It was probably 3/4 full. Schatz had lots of spots when I drove through.

 

Im assuming you're going to Williston? If you can make Ray there is lots of parking.

 

oops, nevermind. wrong town.

that J be hard to park, but there's a decent restaurant next to it. if you get lucky, but i wouldn't plan on it.

might get lucky with that schartz

 

Pilot and Loves are nowhere near Minot neither are that truckstop, Walmart, or cafe. More bad info from snowwy imagine that.

they are, however, if your in the right town. 125 miles nearby.

There's also a rest area east of Minot on Rt 2, eastbound side, looks like about 15 or 20 miles out of town.

Edit: Google Earth shows it 15 miles east of Minot.
