I had a similar issue a few years back. Went thru all this and that. Turned out it was the yoke. The nut had backed off just enough to create a vib. It took a while to find it too.

Everything was checked including taking driveshaft apart. Whole driveline and suspension is in perfect condition

I am gonna throw this out there, this has been mentioned a couple times before,
check your air levelling controller for your airbags, if you're going down the road bobtailing or with an empty trailer the air bags will inflate, because the air levelling system is too slow to react, so, over time the yoke will seize to the driveshaft, when the airbags inflate to much. the noise you here is the drive shaft putting pressure on the transmission because the yoke can't side in the shaft.

Also there is no noise it just feels like back axles would be jumping all over. When you bobtailing and you hit uneven pavement its seem like rear axles about to rip of away from the truck

Yes, that was not the point, some dealer just don't get it. On the Volvo levelling unit is not very reliable, this been reported from peoples on this site being the source of the problems with vibrations.

Leveling unit was replaced just now for the new design one. Didnt help the problem. Also yoke is all good so Leveling valve or yoke driveshaft is not the problem

I think i am just going to wait till something really brakes in this truck because its pointless to start replacing parts that are in perfect condition just to find it was not it.
