I'm not here to carry their water. I left them almost 3 years ago on good terms and they didn't keep any of my money.

I had been looking to leave Nationwide for a while because they generally didn't seem like a company who gave a #### about the drivers. They preach alot about do what the DOT says but then they are made aware of the Quallcom not working right and made a pointless run by the shop and had them change a module out and didn't fix anything. I drove the last 4 months using paper logs and dispatch started pushing me to go farther than I ever could on electronic logs, basically break the law and make it look good on paper. I have my copies of my logs and am gonna get them to the DOT, maybe an internal audit will make the money they stole from me look like chump change.

Superflow you hit the nail on the head, keep driving for them or else. Tennessee is a right to work state and there agreement violates it, it is hard enough finding a job when you are driving a truck. I am not sure who dropped the ball over there but they will have a hell of a time explaining to DOT why they have no logs on a driver for 3 months. Even if they say he didn't turn any in they will still have to explain why I was not brought into the terminal over it . Lack of control from safety, they also took my last pay check on top of the 760.00

Hope you get your $
Politely get to the root reason why they have taken so much $ (itemized list )
...also better get a copy of your DAC report according to them ,you might have to dispute their facts -
600.00 no 2 week notice, 125.00 for allegedly quitting under dispatch, 35.00 cleaning of equipment. I don't plan on getting back into trucking but nationwide really needs to be stopped from treating people the way they do. thanks for the advice.

Nationwide Express is a joke of a company to work for I advise anyone to go to this company cause they feel like if you have worked for them for a year they don't have to give you a rise they always say that they have ton work out the new contract but after they had worked out the new contract they had wanted everybody to get paid by the mile and not salary cause they knew that if you don't drive far that you wasn't going to get paid a lot so I stuck with the salary but they never gave me my rise so I left them and they tried to take out 600.00 for me not telling them that I quit I had my lawyer on them like white on rice and I got my money they wasn't getting nothing from me they was mad but I didn't care so who ever work for these people is going to be losing a lot and sometime they don't be having any work for everybody they be giving all of their driver a extra day off beside the weekend so if you get paid by the mile that mean that you won't be getting paid a lot for that day because your truck didn't move they not going to paid you what you are worth cause they are a cheap company so I'm letting you know not to go with this company if you are looking for a Trucking job go so where else do that before you get mad at them ppl and want to do something to them especially this man that work name Joe F., he will really piss you off he will make you want to hurt him and he is another reason why I left that dam company.
