Penn tank lines might. Search them up. I think they have a terminal there. If not, just look around at the trucks and start calling companies.

Most will want experience with a tanker and some will want city experience. I can pretty much guarantee you that the company that requires no experience is the company no one wants to work for. That type of company has lowered their standards to have drivers. Also, there are not that many of those companies out there. So beware. What you have to do is go and talk to them and keep in mind why you are going there. You want experience so you can chose the company you like. My opinion is work there for a year, keep you record spotless, and keep an excellent work history. You're going to use them as much as they are going to use you. Just remember for a year you're going to have to eat whatever they dish out.

Or go with a small outfit where it is not a corporate entity. I came back from overseas after I had been out of fuels for 3 years. No one would touch me until I found a small company with a great owner who had 3 trucks and 2 bobtails. Started off part time, proved I was capable, then turned into one of his most reliable, and capable drivers. He almost cried when I told him we were moving out of the area. Its difficult, but not impossible. You may want to try an O/O who works for big company. He may have a little more flexibility about whom he hires to drive his truck. Anyway good luck.

Consider how desparate companies are for drivers, some of these fuel companies may bend the rules on their requirements.
