Pass up a union job? Every chance I get. Worked for a union once and they made more money out of my check then I did. Pension? Might want to look deep into that; the union bosses have been stealing.

I hate that place. That fine powder is hard to clean out of here.

The ride through Alberta to Calgary was boring. Glad to be back in the mountains of Montana. At the J in Butte picking up just an hour south in Dillon and heading to Jackson, TN. Hope there is something lined up to get me back to the house by Fri morning.

FYI - crossing into Alberta at Sweet Grass, MT I-15 was $0 and coming out empty was $10.75.

They talk about coal miners with black lung disease, I wonder what ailments those people have working in that hellhole.

Welcome back to the good ole USA. We missed you this last week. Look for me this week out there, got a 5 dropper starting Monday in Gothenburg Ne, 2 SLC Ut on Tuesdsay, Portland Or, and Quincy Wa on Wednesday.

Just met one of our new drivers here at the yard, "moving. on. 81." Nice dude. Welcome aboard buddy! You'll be a great addition to our little world here.

Got assigned a 5 dropper. It's one of Marlons LTL load. Need to be in Gothenburg Ne first thing Monday. This whole load comes out to 3250 paid miles and 4 extra stops. They originally wanted me to drop the Gothenburg then switch with another driver because of my scheduled hometime. I told Chris in dispatch I didn't need to be home the exact day in the computer so he said great, stay on the load and finish it and we will load you straight back to richmond then get you home. Like I've always said, communication is key. Plus the fact I never like giving up good miles like this. If all the pieces fall into place I'll be back late Saturday night to end my pay period with right at 13000 miles, cool. Time to get into the shower, hook my trailer and show Brandon how an LTL load is handled. Be safe all. God Bless!
