Didn't go thru training kllm, but believe it's like 5 weeks.Just depends on the trainer you get I guess some guys I talk to have had bad experiences some good.

Will probally run most states, just make sue you study for the test believe its open book when you upgrade but if you fail they will send you home.

I for one will not go lease until I have a better understanding of what's going on and know the best and most efficient way to keep the truck properly maintained. New guy here. What's your thoughts on it though?

Oh... you again.... lol just kidding. Yea they are still the one I'm eyeing in on. Definstely scared of jumping into a lease with just being new and all. But I'm sure if i know what I'm doing and as i said have it to where I'm not blowing all my money on an aging truck i may enter that route. But being cautious for sure as I go.

I think that's the right way of doing things, was a company driver for a year with ffe, than 4 months with kllm before going lease, rather see if the companys a right fit for me before I jumped into a lease.

But glad I made the move money wise, but like I said you can do good on company.
