The truck is a 07 Century with a 14 Liter. The AC has a weird problem, that I don't know where to even start at. If I turn on the AC without the Recirculator on, it blows extremely hard but not very cold. But if I turn the recirculator on it starts to blow really cold like its suppose to at Idle. But once I start to move the truck the AC kicks down to half the blowing power until I stop and just sit and idle. Without the recirclator on it blows hard all the time just not that cold. Another thing that I noticed is that the compressor clutch doesn't kick in an out like it suppose to. Once the AC is on the Clutch kicks in like its suppose to but never kicks out, always stays on never stops at all. Even with the AC on and Recirculator on and moving down the road the AC blow ice cold, just not very hard, it would be like having it on a 1.5 or 2 even when its on 4. Anyone ever had this problem or know where I would start to repair this problem.
Thanks

what is your bunk fan set at? the front works better with the back on zero.
if the system is properly charged and functioning. the compressor won't cycle. on some systems. low pressure doesn't get low enough. high pressure doesn't get high enough. to cycle the clutch.
you need gauges to verify pressures and switches are working properly -
I don't have bunk ac. I have a apu so there is no ac controls in the bunk. I'm gonna pickup a set of gauges today an test the high an low pressures. I'm curious if who the removal of the bunk ac an heat could have something to do with it. The apu was on it when I bought it so I wouldn't know anything about who or how it was installed other than it's the only one I have ever seen that uses it's own coolant canister. It doesn't run coolant from the motor it has a canister that keeps the coolant in it just for apu.

I had an AC problem a couple of months ago when the AC clutch would go out once I hit a bump then turn back on when I hit another one. The AC pressure switch was going out on me (connected to air dryer). Once I replaced that part AC ran great.

well what sounds weird to me is the fact that your blowing power decreases when the truck starts moving. Based on what I have read it sounds like a flap in the duct work is moving when the truck moves. That or another guess would be the blower motor losing power when you start moving, but i don't know about that one.
i might add like snowwy said, my compressor on my 03 Century never cuts off. -
To even begin to diagnose an a/c problem you have to know that its charged to spec. An undercharged system from a slow leak is the most common cause of a/c malfunction. Given the symptoms you are experiencing that must be ruled out first.

Look under your dash for an obstruction at the recirc door. . Probably a Walmart bag or napkin has gotten sucked up there and is blocking the air being pulled from inside the truck. .
When it's on non recirculation it pulls outside air.
The blockage will cause poor air flow from vents. .it could also cause the evaporator to ICE reducing air flow even more. . Then when you idle it unfreezes giving you a sense of highest fan speed.
Recirc door is on passenger side below glove box.
