    Well Wind can't comment on pkwys in NYC..never been on one...although they don't seem to b Any better than the expwys when I see them in the daytime..

    And Schumer....how can anyone take ANY older man serious...who has obviously had more Botox&Plastic Surgery than Joan Rivers?

    what about putting in a laser system where overhight vehicles get their parking brakes automatically applied. There would be a warning sign and this way drivers would be forced to pull over. Oh and the only way a disgage a force brake would be a disengage lock device only carried by LE
