You coming back?
-
What about getting your own EZ Pass and submit for reimbursement?
-
can you buy a prepass/EzPass? or can only companies buy those?
because IRT doesn't have PrePass either -
I've been on here reading the thread, and I'm enjoying it. But now I must speak on something I'm reading here. It's about Bynum I worked for them for a couple of years, and first I'm going to speak on detention, they don't just pay it automatically you have to ask your dispatcher for it and if he says yes then you get it. But you have to keep on him to get it. They employ a lot of older drivers the reason why is because bynum isn't a company to work for if you have a family and have obligations at home. Because first of all they micromanage the hell out of you constantly calling or qualcomm you. They rarely give you a load that you can run legally, being that they're on paper logs the qualcomm is just for messages only. They don't want you to have a life, when you go on home time they call you almost everyday to see when you're coming back, not because they have a load for you they just want to know. They did me like that almost constantly and when I come back, I still sit at the yard a whole day sometimes a day and a half waiting for a load. When you want home time they rarely get you home when needed to be there. Then there's the pay which they pay on case by case basis meaning how can the same load pay differently each time you run it, example I picked up a load in clewiston and took it to Charlotte, now mind you I've ran this load over 10 times within a two month period now my cpm didn't change. But each time I was paid for this run I was paid different, I mean different ranging from 368.00 to 417.00 and it didn't go up it went back and forth. And this is on all other loads as well so if you run the same loads you still have no ideal of what your check will be. Now lets talk about the management, the upper management is cool from the owner, his son sean, and his ex-wife Anna whose a sweetheart then there's Mrs. Tammy who keeps the whole place running is the most lovely, kind woman there is. Now on the flip side of things there's the a--wholes Gary who's over maintenance, Dave who's over dispatch . Who are rude and can careless about anyone or anything. If Gary don't like you he will give you a hard time and make you sit if you need repairs on your truck. And dave will give the best loads to those he likes. I would advise anyone to go elsewhere before going to bynum. Now im not a disgruntled driver I'm just a driver who believes that us as drivers should stand up and be counted not as what's your employee or truck number but as an individual and at bynum you are only a truck and employee number to them. That's why I decided to leave because im tired of all the lies and inconsistencies I had to deal with at bynum
Spring Chicken Thanks this. -
Yes
and for some reason it won't let me post anything under 10 characters long -
When and O/O or whoever books a load of freight with a broker there is no mention of miles in the contract. It is laughable these companies use this measurement for compensation purposes to screw its own drivers.Spring Chicken and DADof3 Thank this.
-
Cool. Yeah it won't let me either.

Its obvious he doesn't respect what the forum administration said. That or he's purposely trying to get this thread locked by argumentative comments. I think were better off ignoring him Spring Chicken. Hey when do you start?
