    you have to hire a lawyer or go to the dac fix that they advertise on this website to try and clear it .. my situation is that i am living on peanut butter and jelly and dont have the money to fight it so i have to wait for a company to ignor what is said and hire me anyway ...

    just got a call from another driver who was working at the company i was at and he just quit a few hours ago ...

    everyone that was working there when i was hired is now gone and a 2 guys since i worked there is gone ....

    i told the guy who just quit to contact DOT like i did and get his name on the list... DOT is going to go in there and all boogie is going to break loose there ...

    i told him he better find something today before it hits the DAC ...

    This whole mess is just not fair to truckers.....you as an experienced driver should not being going thru this crap because of a pissed off company putting some crap on your DAC.....if this happens to me, and mind you I am not rich....I will get an attorney and make sure my DAC was cleared up....we as truckers work too #### hard to get a CDL for a lousy company to mess it up.....just ain't right.....I wish you the best Bubba and hope everything turns out in your favor....

    Sounds like another company is using DAC as a weapon to keep their drivers right where they are.

    "You're gonna quit us? We'll bust your DAC so you'll have no choice but come crawling back."

    It's something like this in your case. Smaller rotten outfits want to control their turnover somehow, and they do it by playing dirty trickery with DAC.
