Not yet, the deposits are pretty close to the same though. Will still be taking $100 a week when the truck payment does kick in so that isn't going to help for those 8 weeks.

Incompetency strikes again. Dispatched on an order with 150 miles of dead head(it was 1158 miles loaded but that's still a lot of dead head) last night. Get there as soon as my HOS allow which was this morning and guess what. The trailer had been picked up at 1630 the day before. Turns out the gene pool polluter that picked it up had first turned it down via macro 10 then went and picked it up anyway. So now I sit it's 1400 and still no load today. Yet the planner was right on it and should have something soon I was told this morning.

The word for today is "Control". In that I have control over where that 65.3 cpm go. I can reduce my tax burden by spending it on stuff for the truck. I can pick a health plan I actually want and at a price point I'm okay with. As for the deductible if I get involved in an accident, I got the dedutible buy back insurance which limits my total exposure to a grand total of $500
I've always felt that it's better to have profit than to use it as a write off. When ya need to bleed cash it's perfectly fine to claim expenses. Yet when the cash flow primarily goes towards expenses as a write off, well, it turns into a parlor game. Good luck with that as PROFIT feeds industry...
Settlement today was $793.75 on 2263 miles. That breaks down to 35cpm. Pretty crappy week.

Today's settlement = $1314.76

That was on 2538 total miles(2524 loaded/14 empty)

That breaks down to 51.8 cpm

Fuel cost for the week worked out to 56.1 cpm

All in all a decent week. Only need 300 more miles this week to do a repeat performance.
