Here's my last month, last week I was home for 3 1/2 days



I have the same amount of experience as you btw.

Whenever I see those beautiful t-680s at transam I get sad but It pays to drive a cheap ugly freightshaker over here.

 

If an individual gets hired on as a company driver, OTR, does that individual have the option of remaining a company driver for as long as he or she wants?

Also, is there pressure for company drivers to become Lease Purchase drivers?

 

There Is major pressure to lease but you can always say no... I know guy here who have been company for 10+ years... Just resist the temptation the lease is set up to fail trust me I started with 20 other people they all went lease right out of the gate and all were gone within 2 months due to the lease

 

Do the company drivers who have been with Trans Am for 10+ years get decent miles?

 

Average miles on a week you don't go home range 2300-2800 average I go home a lot that's why my pay ranged so much
