well yeah lol
look if you're with Prime it's not for the trucks, it's for the pay.. which is better than most.
I'm in the same boat, just not with Prime.
Prime has the SLOWEST sorry trucks on the road today, it's not even close

I never said I drive 80, I typically just like to go the speed limit... Imagine that. In regards to talking to the owner about trip planning? Why would I do that? The loads are planned just fine, I don't mind running over 700 miles a day, and I don't ever speed. I'm a very safe driver, just because a driver can go fast doesn't mean he's "unsafe" I average right around 3500-3700 miles every week. 2 weeks ago I did just over 4k. I like my big paychecks just the way they are. As I've said, I really don't care who wants to drive 60, 62, 55, all day, it doesn't effect the way I run. And beside if you make better money drivin slow then go for it, I'm not as concerned with mpg as a factor for my weekly income. Stay safe out here driversjason6541 and RedRoadrager Thank this.

I love this thread. There are a lot of narrow minded, whiny crybabies on here.
here's an idea... If you get stuck behind a prime truck... Wait for it, wait for it... Pass them!
if you pass the slow truck then it will be out if sight and out if mind. Then you won't have to be tailing along behind it while whining and crying and ####ing and moaning like a little #####.redoctober83, BloatedDog, MsJamie and 2 others Thank this. -
They might be slow... But they have some nice clean looking trucks.
MaldonadoVet2 and PChase Thank this. -
I don`t know, I was cruising on 81 n around the Harrisburg, Pa area and a Prime truck flew past me. He had to be pushing 70 mph so I don`t get it. I thought they were all governed at 58.

Not if you're an owner operator.
