So how exactly do they pay? I thought it wasn't hourly and you were just paid by load? I thought the per hour pay was only for downtime?. Maybe I misunderstood my interviewer haha...and to be honest I'm not sure on my hours...but on Tuesday I start training at 330am
Any southern ca. Drivers have ever worked for Robertsons ready mix?

Hey guys! Sorry to just jump on this thread but I'm brand new to driving. I just lost my warehouse job and decided to try driving. I don't have my cdl yet but I did apply and take my h6 in to robertsons. They called me and I have an interview monday morning. How does this training work? I'm reading the cdl handbook now getting ready for my written. Any advice? I need a job badly and am willing to learn.
