About gallon every 10000

I was told cascade originally too but it didn't work nearly as good as the dawn dish washing soap.
Of course this was a very extreme mess in the cooling system too I was dealing with.
I drove it about 200 miles with the dawn in it and it looked like a milk shake coming out of the bottom radiator hose at that point.
It was quite solid before doing that. Almost had the same consistency as grease.
I doubt I would ave ever gotten it cleaned up without the dawn it was so bad. -
That doesn't sound like you're loosing any. Could still be but a gallon at 10000 is normal. Use dawn soap and flush it out a couple times. Fill with water and dawn then run it up to operating temps for a little bit with all heater valves open then do it again. When rinsing unhook heater hoses and flush your cores out and your block. If you don't have a hose coming off the back of the block on passenger side pull a plug out and let it drain there. After it looks good coming out hook it all back up and run plain water to operating temp then drain. If all looks good fill with antifreeze. If not flush some more -
I never used cascadia I Was taught to use dawn. After all I don't need soft hands. I need to break down oil

Do you have an 18 speed with a cooler on it?
Had a friend that had that cooler go bad and was getting tranny oil in the coolant -
I'd suggest that a compression test may be in order, along with a test of the cooling system: head gaskets don't always leak into cylinders - they can also leak into the cooling system, or even into an oil gallery.
I recently read that 6NZ's don't have the best block surface, and that some rebuilders add very thin shims to the block surface in some areas, to seat the head gasket properly. -
It's your tranny cooler. Without a doubt, I had oil in my coolant too and it was all sludge. ... my tranny was bone dry
-
My trans is still full of fluid already checked it

If you have a pinhole in a cylinder, at just the right place, the rings will push oil into the cylinder. You usually get coolant into the oil at the same time, but the amount of coolant can be so small, that you do not notice the coolant in the oil. You should test your oil for coolant traces.
