Best LTL in Tampa?

As far as union goes, bin there done that long ago when letters were numbers {Pre C.D.L.} hence the 4 years, i was asking in a general way, i realize that there's good & bad in all. Been looking at Y.R.C., OD, A.B.F, U.P.S., Conway, N.E.M.F., etc....

 

All those companies you listed are excellent places to work at. YRC and Conway are located in Maybrook NY and OD is located over in Newburg. They just or will be finishing a new terminal over there. YRC also has a location in Brooklyn. Don't know what kind of runs are out of that terminal but I'm sure there are a couple of nice runs there for extra board. UPS would be great as well. ABF is a good place as well. Still in the NMFA but there vacations on the last MOU got hammered. But either way look at all of them. I hope this helps. With the driver shortage as bad as it is you should have no problem getting on with either of these carriers.

 

That's probably too far for him. They also have a yard in Lakeland that might be closer.

 

Holland or New Penn. Don't know which is there. Owned by YRC.

Never mind it's a YRC only area.

 

New Penn is a north east carrier

 

Been at OD for 7 years. highly recommend.
