    I've worked for companies that had severe penalties like termination for some policies, but never fines for everything, plus the fact it's one of those Russian mafia owned Illinois "1099" companies, I'd run away from them and FAST. It sounds every bit as bad as all those reefer companies that are using the lease purchase scams.
