So what is in Gordonsville Tow?

 

Happy Labor Day, peoples. 3950 miles last week and ran out of hours on my way back from Cali. About 2800 this week, Macon to Ft Smith for tues so taking another reset at Russellville. Really lucked out with this load as it was originally set up for me to drop at Lawrenceburg and del wed but got del appt chgd to Tues so I kept it. Anyone know if Ft Smith is by appt? Load info was 0001-2359 wed and thinking maybe they start unloading 0800 tues? Truck is running good, I'm running good and hoping they can keep me rolling til home time which will be around picnic time...unless another good load comes up. Life is good!

 

Customer in Gordonsville is graphics packaging. We haul in and out of there alot.

 

Customer is by appt only...I just del there in ft smith on Thursday

 

Unloaded in Ft Smith this morning. Those that have a GPS and going to Roberts Blvd, use the zip code listed in trip info or use city name Barling. Got there and after a few minutes they decided I needed to go to their Ft Smith address off exit 5. Got there and they were wondering why I was there and almost sent me back to Barling. Finally unloaded and picked up scrap in Rogers AR going to Shreveport. Been a long time since I've been on US71 and I'm parked at Mena as I have just under an hour and not sure there's anywhere else to stop. On a positive note, the Hilltop Ambest on I49 X24 (just above I40) has some good bbq in restaurant. Time for my nap!

 

Do they hire out of northeast Florida

 

Yes they do but home time could be a challenge. Normally for those living outside yard areas they ask for 3 to 4 weeks out. We try to avoid toll roads so I took 95 to j'ville and 10 to 75 to macon.
