When I first started driving and even while in training I would forget where I parked the trk at a trk stop and forget how I even got in the parking lot.Same with shippers and receivers, nerves got the best of me.

It would work better if they would have number signs up on the rows like Walmart does, I hate that feeling. I usually park at WM in about the same rows, but one afternoon I didn't, do you know how many white cars there are when you forget where you put it. I always hated when we went to Iowa 80, too many spaces to remember.

All those big time party country music singers that were known as the "outlaws" are dead now from that hard drinking, smoking, partying. Willie Nelson is the only one still around because he exercises; rides a mountain bike, black belt in martial arts, jogs. 81 years old and still going strong. From his reputation around Nashville he still wears out those young hottie groupies.

You know what's even worse is when you enter another guys trk that you're parked close to,that's me,lol.I can laugh now but at the time I sure was embarrassed.I drove for Werner and we all know how many look alike trks there are,I finished my shower walk to the trk I thought it was my trainers and ended up being some big guy sleeping, lol.

That could get interesting when "Ole Bob," (her current husband/boyfriend/SO take your pick,) answers you with "WELCOME SWEETHEART!":biggrin_2551:

In other words, you don't know where you been, you don't know where you are, you don't know where you going. But you sure are making good time!:biggrin_25523:

One time when I was in the hospital, in critical condition, my wife totally forgot where she had parked. She went out at oh dark thirty, in the snow, and couldn't find her car. Security took pity on her and drove the lots with her, until they found it. . .

Now that could be kind of dangerous!:biggrin_2554:

You do live a most interesting life there Patty!:biggrin_25525::biggrin_2559:

My late husband drove flat bed for years. Often he was so tired when he stopped he had to look in the mirror in the morning to see if he had a high load or a low load. He ran for System Transport way back in the 70's. High load usually meant lumber and he was heading east from the Pacific NW. Low meant west bound with a low load of steel.
