You could certainly compare that article to the lease/Rental programs in this industry... Is just another way that a lot of these companies I sensei want to hire people and not have the business expenses that they're required to have

It says I'm probably an employee. I am an o/o running under someone else's authority. No forced dispatch. I hire my own labor. These questions were hard to apply to trucking.

But if a person is looking for a basic idea, and is not taking it totally literally, there is some application that could be inferred for trucking. This is something that is big in Utah, just like a whole lot of other rip offs are. But here, nobody really seems to care. Particularly as long as the guy doing the rip off pays his full 10% tithe to the church.
