I have an interest in knowing some information on this, too. It will be for future reference, as it is. I'm going to train with Swift in a couple weeks. D Mosley's ads are popping up in my web pages...

I just started with the company. Have been there 2 weeks now. I have talked to as many DMT drivers as possible and everyone of them seem happy. They pay percentage (25% with 1yr or more of flatbed experience and 23% with no experience)not by the mile. They guaranty $55,000 a year if you run 2300 miles a week. Which is not hard. Most drivers say there average load is about 500 miles and they run 5 loads a week. They can only guaranty you home every other weekend but depending on where you live they can get you home more than that. We drive Kenworth trucks. I'll be honest the sleepers are smaller than the Internationals that I was use to at Cypress Truck Lines. But I'm adjusting to the changes. The trucks run at 68 mph and we only fuel up at Pilots and Flying Js. You get paid holidays and quarterly safety bonuses and driver of the month bonus. Per Diem is they non tax $100 of your check each week. We have Sunpass and Prepass plus all cash tolls are reimbursed. So far I have hauled a lot of foam board insulation out of Lake City, FL. and steel products such as tubing and coils going back in to FL. They run mostly southeast but some loads do go outside the region.
jparm, poppapump1332 and Fire-Man Thank this. -
Going on week 3 with D. Mosley Trucking things are still going good. So far they have been running me in Florida, Georgia and Alabama. I'm hoping by next week they will be running me further out. I may have to mention this to my dispatcher. Still hauling just foam board insulation and steel. I have gotten several steel loads coming out of Birmingham, AL going into Florida and then a insulation load coming out of Lake City, FL going to Alabama or Georgia. It has been a repetitive circle so far. I get my first direct deposit this Friday. We will see if this company pays as well as it's drivers says it does. I'll keep you guys posted. God bless and drive safe!

Some trucks have cameras some don't. I finally got a full week pay check. Week one included orientation which is only $75 a day and week 2 was July 4 week. Very happy with the pay from week 3 can't wait to see week 4 pay check. What the other DMT drivers said was true this company does pay good, real good. Some loads pay better than others. The foam insulation board coming out of Lake City, FL doesn't pay much but if you get a steel tube or coil load coming out of Birmingham, AL than your making some real coin. I did a local load of 60 ft rebar in Tampa, FL where the shipper and consignee where only 5 miles apart and made over $100.

Does anyone have any updates on DMT. I'm looking to go there. How well do they treat the "new guy"?? If never seen any negative on this company and it looks as though the equipment is good shape.. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

It seems this is dryed up thread. Would like info on this co. also..
do they run e-log, seen they have good equitment, i hear they have
a haul out of Salem,Va regularly -
My husband has been with DMT for over two years. They do run e-log, but the money is good and it is there without fail every friday. They run good equipment and they keep you moving. They were running a lot out of Salem, I don't know if that is still true or not as my husband usually stays in the Florida/Texas lanes. Give them a call and talk to them. We really have nothing bad at all to say about them.

Do they have a rider program?
